Your satisfaction is our top priority. Every book is printed one at a time and personalised specifically for you. Because of this, we handle returns and refunds fairly and transparently.

When You’re Eligible for a Refund or Free Replacement

We will gladly provide a full refund or send a free replacement if your book arrives with any issue caused by our production or shipping process, including:

- Significant printing errors (e.g., ink smudges, smeared text).

- Manufacturing problems (binding issues, incorrect cover, missing pages).

- Letters or pages that are not fully visible.

- Spelling mistakes or content errors made by us.

- Damage occurring during shipping.

When Refunds or Replacements Aren’t Possible

Because each book is fully personalised using the information you enter, we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

- Misspelled names of characters provided by the customer.

- Any other spelling errors, typos, or incorrect details submitted by the customer in the customisable fields.

Tip: We encourage you to double-check the preview before completing your purchase, as the book will be printed exactly as shown.

How to Report an Issue

If your book qualifies for a refund or replacement, please contact us within 28 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please contact us with the following information:

- Your order number.

- A clear description of the issue.

- Photographic evidence of the printing error or damage.

We will review your request and get back to you promptly with a proposed resolution.
