Bandigon Gift Voucher Program Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: June 2026

Welcome to the Bandigon Gift Voucher Program. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase, use, and redemption of Bandigon digital gift vouchers ("Vouchers"). By purchasing or redeeming a Voucher, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Redemption & Scope of Use

  • Eligibility: Vouchers are valid exclusively for online redemptions at bandigon.com or within the official Bandigon application.
  • Core Entitlement: Each standard voucher is issued as an entitlement that covers the base cost of one (1) Premium Hardcover Bandigon Custom Book and standard shipping to eligible regions.
  • The Creative Process: To redeem a Voucher, the recipient must complete the guided book creation flow. The Voucher code must be entered when prompted to unlock the full book preview, access advanced editing features (including text adjustments, image regeneration, and layout customization), and finalize the print order.

2. Shipping & Geographic Restrictions

  • Standard Included Regions: Standard shipping is fully covered by the Voucher if the delivery address is within Australia, Europe, or the United States.
  • Upgrades & Alternative Regions: If the recipient elects to ship the book outside of the standard covered regions, or selects expedited/priority shipping at checkout, the Voucher will apply a credit equivalent to the standard baseline cost. The recipient will be responsible for paying any remaining balance for international surcharges or shipping upgrades.

3. Expiration & Validity

  • 5-Year Term: Vouchers are valid for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase.
  • Compliance with Local Law: Where local state, national, or regional laws dictate a longer mandatory validity period or prohibit gift voucher expiration entirely, Bandigon will automatically honor the maximum period required by law.

4. Restrictions & Limitations

  • No Cash Value: Vouchers carry no cash value. They cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or traded for cash, check, or credit, except where strictly required by law.
  • Non-Refundable: All Voucher purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • Usage Limitations: Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other Bandigon Gift Vouchers. Promotional discount codes, seasonal sales, or referral credits cannot be applied toward the purchase of a Gift Voucher unless explicitly stated otherwise by Bandigon.
  • Single-Use Per Book: A unique Voucher code can only be applied to a single transaction to fulfill one specific custom book order. Any remaining entitlement value cannot be split across multiple separate book orders.

5. Price Fluctuations & Protection

  • Entitlement Honor: Bandigon guarantees that a valid Voucher will always cover the total cost of one (1) standard Premium Hardcover Book and standard shipping to the US, EU, or Australia—regardless of future base price increases or inflation within the 5-year validity period.
  • Add-On Exclusions: If Bandigon introduces premium book add-ons in the future (e.g., extra pages beyond the standard limit, premium gold-foiled covers, or deluxe packaging), these optional features are not covered by the baseline Voucher and must be paid for by the recipient at checkout.

6. Risk of Loss, Theft, or Fraud

  • Treat Like Cash: Ownership and risk of loss pass to the purchaser or recipient upon digital delivery of the Voucher code. Bandigon is not responsible if a Voucher code is lost, stolen, destroyed, intercepted, or used without your permission. Bandigon is under no obligation to replace or replenish lost or stolen codes.
  • Fraud Prevention: Bandigon reserves the right to close customer accounts, flag orders, or cancel/refuse Vouchers if we suspect a Voucher was obtained, generated, or applied fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and the relationship between you and Bandigon shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bandigon is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
