The promoter is Bandigon (ABN: 73 691 998 160), hereinafter referred to as "the Promoter."
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and associated agencies are ineligible to enter.
The promotion commences on Friday, 31 July 2026 at 6:00 PM AEST and closes on Friday, 7 August 2026 at 11:59 PM AEST. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
Entrants can earn one (1) bonus entry by sharing the official giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tagging @bandigonbooks. If the entrant's account is private, they must send a screenshot of the Story share via Instagram Direct Message to @bandigonbooks. Entrants who complete a bonus entry will have their name entered into the draw pool twice.
The prize consists of two (2) custom hardcover Bandigon book gift vouchers, one (1) voucher awarded per winner. Each voucher is valued at $70 AUD and includes shipping to a destination of the winner's choice within Australia, the USA, or Europe. Total prize pool value: $140 AUD. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods/services.
All valid entrant usernames from the comments on the official giveaway post will be compiled into a list. Two (2) winners will be selected at random from this list using a random-selection tool, conducted live during an Instagram Live broadcast on the official @bandigonbooks account on Saturday, 8 August 2026 at 10:00 AM AEST.
This promotion has a total prize pool value of $140 AUD, which is below the trade promotion permit thresholds set by all Australian state and territory gaming regulators as at the date of this promotion (including NSW's $10,000 threshold). Accordingly, no trade promotion permit is required to conduct this promotion. Should any change in regulatory requirements affect this position, the Promoter reserves the right to adjust the promotion's eligibility or mechanics accordingly.
Winners will be announced during the Instagram Live broadcast and notified via Instagram Direct Message within twenty-four (24) hours of the draw. Winners must respond to the Direct Message to claim their prize within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. If a winner does not claim their prize within 48 hours, their prize will be forfeited and a redraw will occur at a date/time determined by the Promoter.
By entering, winners agree to have their names, winning entry details, and subsequent printed book titles published on the Promoter's social media channels and website.
